Alabang Town Center Robbery incident


Alabang Town Center has already ceased operation because of the robbery incidents inside the mall.
The mall stated through its Twitter and Facebook accounts, “In light of the incident along Madrigal Ave., Alabang Town Center is working closely with Muntinlupa Police, our security agency and property management to maintain and ensure the safety of our customers, our merchants and the mall.”
“Please be advised that Alabang Town Center is closed for operations. We shall advise normalization of mall operations upon clearance from the police authorities. Thank you,” the statement reads.
Original Post: Guys, we are yet to verify this report but according to one Twitter netizen, ‏@janthinafong there’s a hold-up situation in BPI Alabang Town Center just now. (Update: This was confirmed by various police reports saying one dead and two others hurt.)
Janthina Fong tweeted:
Hold up in BPI Alabang Town Center. 3 dead and the shooters are still at large according to the guards of the mall. Avoid the area, friends.”
Janthina said it happened just now. She replied to my tweet saying, “@elysplanet yes, our staff in the mall just informed us. Happened before mall hours.”
